This page marks the one-year anniversary of this blog, and the one year anniversary of Philadelphia. Whoo! We should celebrate, but the child isn't ready yet.

Here are some pictures of some cars I found in the area: the batmobile (sort of), the duct tape taxi, and the 2x4 bumper.

The "LA Pearl" beauty salon's slogan is "We are one in Christ Jesus" (?!?!?) . I wonder if I can get him to do my nails...

I found this sign at work. First of all, they weren't on sale. Second of all, we have a sign printer. But mostly, "oof"?

Notebooks went on sale. So we got 20000 of them. We put them on this shelf. Now this shelf is in the garbage. Note to all Staples employees: the limit is 1,995 notebooks, do not push for 2,000.

We sell this thing called the squid power adapter. They actually shape it to look like a squid. It's one of my few joys at work.

This is a kind of retail display known as "the robot". hehehehe

I found this packaging in 9 peices throughout the day, and reassembled it with nothing but packing tape and the super-stapler into the picture. That's why I am good at my job.

Now that I quit Staples for good, I won't be needing that Staples shirt anymore. But what to do with it, that would be fitting of my career there?
Well, here it is on its last day of service.

Here it is on the grill. But what to do with it?

There seems to be some lighter fluid out here. I think I am getting an idea now...
